I'm moving!

Don't worry, the blog isn't moving, but I finally am! Yes, the day is finally here, we've managed to somewhat finish our house, and are moving in just a few days!
It's only around 20 kilometers, but I've been gathering stuff for 7 years in our current apartment, so there's a whole lot to do.

For this reason I haven't really been able to read emails or write that many posts, but hopefully that time will come soon. Even though we don't have internet connection yet.. And since we'll be living in a forrest, there really isn't a good internet connection anyway. But hopefully I'll find some sort of solution, soon :)

Just waiting..

.. to pop! Three days and it's my due date, so there's a lot of baby stuff going on in our house! I would love to write reviews etc., but unfortunately there's a lot to do before the baby comes.

But I'll do my best and try to write when ever I get the chance! :)

25 Hour sale!

Bad blogger

I've been a lousy blogger, I know. But it's been pretty hectic!
I get up 5.30 AM, take my daughter to daycare, go to work, do some stuff @ work, get my daughter from daycare, go home, start cooking and cleaning and if my hubby is working @ night, also take care of our daughter by myself. Then daughter goes to sleep, and I want to do the same. Oh, but I can't, since someone keeps kicking me nonstop.



Though yesterday evening I spent in horizontal position, since I kept having pretty painful contractions and aren't due until 7th of July! So that's why there haven't been reviews and I haven't even pick the winner of my latest hop. I know, I suck, but I try to be better!

Luckily I'm soon to be unemployed again. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I can't wait to stay at home again, at least for a little why. Especially since the place I work in brings people health issues, me included. That's why I've been having all the ear- and sinusinfections. Hopefully those problems are gone soon!

Google Reader is retiring, which sucks big time. Though I've been having so much trouble with it lately (can't stop following any blogs in GFC and blogs I delete from GReader keeps reappearing nonstop!) I'm actually little happy about this.

Flu, yet again!

Sorry for my absence! I spent the last week in a coma-like state, and I'm only now recovering. Which means I'm back to work and after I get home I sort of just pass out.. Hopefully this'll be over soon!

And I'm suppose to go ice skating today!! So much to do, so little time! Though I was so wise I took some holiday from work, so it's a week of freedom ahead!

It's Christmas, so merry Christmas to you all! I don't have any "real" gifts to you this week, but I have a goal: to post a whole lot of reviews, even in a mini- format. Since I usually remember to read book, BUT forget to write reviews, I try to be nice this Christmas and write something!

Now I have to start making the Christmas porridge and put the sauna on! I heard Santa Claus will be visiting us in a few hours, after that there will be more eating, since there's a whole Christmas meal waiting in the fridge. Yeah, feel sick already, but what can you do!

Old friend called sinusitis

Yeah, so I thought this would be a friend of mine only for a short time, but here we are, like best friends for life! I ran out of antibiotics yesterday, and now I feel ten times worse.

So this is the reason why I keep pushing back my reviews and why it's so quiet around here. My brain's just not working at the moment, haven't done any reading or even knitting, just spent my time watching New Girl over and over again.

But I really, really try to get back in business ASAP!

Yeah, I got sinusitis first time ever, and man, it SUCKS! Still, I try to answer all the emails etc. ASAP and try to write reviews.

Hopefully I'll be able to get out of bed soon!

Best day ever!

When it starts looking like this outside..

..it's great time to do this inside!

Meaning: It's snowing again! Oh the happy day! Best time to burn some candles, drink some hot chocolate from the awesomest mugg ever and knit socks. I try to avoid books, because I got Dark Shadows waiting for me!

Why so quiet?

I know, it's been kind of quiet here lately, even though I'm unemployed right now! Some of you might remember we've been searching for a new appartment for months now, but it's been a mission impossible.
So now we've been looking for some land, since we decided to build our home :) It has taken a lot of time to drive around city, plan our house, think of all the paperwork ahead of us.. And the whole project haven't even start yet!

But I won't forget you guys <3

Our little bookworm

Sorry for this useless piece of information, but I just have to share it! Earlier, when Pinja, our daughter, wanted us to read her some book, I was like "oh no, some idiotic childrens book again" (of course, didn't tell this to her, it's just a little frustrating when you read a book called "The Pig" for the 1500th time!).

But not anymore! Pinja watched "How to Traing Your Dragon" in the beginning of the summer and now she's the biggest fan. So, when I found a book with the same title from the library, I couldn't help myself, I just had to borrow it. And now we read one chapter every night.

Of course, it's pretty sad when you're kid so big she doesn't want to read "The Pig" book anymore, but it's also pretty awesome! Especially when knowing I first started reading because my aunt read one chapter every night from The Brothers Lionheart and that made me fall in love with books.

Okay, that's all. Just had to share it :)

There is a saying..

.. in Finland. It goes something like "The shoemaker's children go barefoot" and in my case it means that every day I fix other people's computers, but mine is crap.
So I wiped everything clean and trying to put everything together now, so that's the reason for me being so quiet!
But no worries, I'm starting my holiday next Friday, then I'll have more time to fight with my computer and update my blog :)

I'm back!

Well, I've been back for few days now. But holidays aren't really my thing, because I'm always exhausted after those, that's why I've been sleeping for few days! But I promise, today I'll actually write something again!

Though I have to skip TBR Intervention this week, I read only netgalleys this week so I kind of just forgot about my TBR Intervention books.. :/ But next week! :)

Short hiatus!

I'll be gone a little while, since right about now (Sunday evening in Finland) I'm on airport and heading to Helsinki! And what I will be doing there?

I'm gonna see Metallica, yay! And Machine Head! Happy day! After that I'll probably just shop for two days and come back Wednesday. So see you soon! :)
