I was so disappointed and annoyed (Want some evidence? CHECK HERE!!) in the end of the second book, so I've hesitated to start reading this one.. Maybe some day, after some time has passed and I've lost my memory and can't remember anything about the second book. I'm sure that will be soon.

In my latest Top Ten Tuesday post I made a list with some of the books I haven't read from my bookshelf. Guess I could pick a classic from that list!

Originally published in 1954, The Lord of the Rings set the framework upon which all epic/quest fantasy since has been built. This is my husband's book, and isn't really my taste, but this is a classic! Should read it sometime.

I didn't even read the synopsis from this, I just fell in love with covers that I had to have this one. Part 2 is also waiting in my book shelf, borrowed it from library, so I probably should start reading this one.
